The Japan Tariff Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) does not sell or rent personal information to any third party.

  2. When the Association receives a court judgment or order requiring disclosure pursuant to the Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Sender Information (Act No. 137 of 2001), or when the Association receives a formal inquiry from a public authority such as the police, in accordance with laws and regulations granting investigative authority, including the Code of Criminal Procedure (Act No. 131 of 1948).

When a user of the Association’s services is found to have violated applicable laws, regulations, the Terms of Use, or other guidelines, and disclosure of personal information is deemed necessary to protect the rights, property, or services of a third party or the Association, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
  4. When there is an imminent risk to human life, body, or property, and disclosure is urgently required, making it difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
